As a customer you can utilize the Service Package hours for onsite services, remote services, security audits, networking, installation, and migration work. You will receive a detailed invoice after work performed showing the remaining package balance. Unused time is carried over from year to year.

PC-PLUS Helpdesk is available from 8-5PM, M-F at 508.756.9300. Calls are assigned per customer priority. PC-PLUS will assign a dedicated engineer to your site. With over a dozen certified engineers present, PC-PLUS has the leverage to ensure same day response for critical service calls. PC-PLUS will add you to our internal SharePoint Intranet for any site documentation for future support. PC-PLUS Engineers rotate a pager after hours 24x7x365 at 508.756.9300.
